Interactive Behavior
In the table below it is mapped all the possible interactions and behaviors of Candle Dimmer. The following images illustrate these behaviors.


Action Candle Status Lamp behavior
press lamp/wall switch OFF unlit / lit Turn light OFF and reset Plugged Dimmer
press lamp/wall switch ON unlit / lit Turn light ON, maximum brightness (normal)*
light the candle lit Start to dim, if it was ON before
light the candle lit Nothing, if it was OFF before
blow the candle slowly unlit Dim more until turn off
none candle finishes Dim more until turn off
squeeze candle holder body unlit Toggle light ON/OFF by dimming or increasing brightness
squeeze candle holder body lit Toggle light ON/Dimmed by controlling the brightness
 

* CandleDimmer don't send RF signal continuously, but just on flame state change or squeeze actions.
So, if the candle is lit before and the light is then switched on, no dim happens to this light.

Important: Each lamp has an individual adjust in the dimmer-plug to set until which minimal brightness it will be dimmed.
